Ingénue delivers on select days during our growing season, from May until October.
We deliver to the following areas in South Western Ontario;
Downtown Toronto (Your postal code begins with the letter ‘M’)
Regional Municipality of Waterloo - Includes Kitchener, Waterloo, Elmira and St. Jacobs.
Hanover, Walkerton and Kincardine.
Grey Highlands, Meaford, Thornbury and Collingwood.
Although we cannot guarantee timed deliveries, we will ensure deliveries to businesses be made prior to 5pm and deliveries to residential addresses be made prior to 7pm.
Should you absolutely require your order to arrive at a specific time, our couriers are occasionally able to accommodate timed deliveries on a case by case basis. Simply email us at info@studioingenue.com and we will try our very best to accommodate your requests. Timed deliveries are not guaranteed unless confirmed beforehand. Please note that there occasionally may be an additional delivery charge for timed deliveries.
We fulfill deliveries on select days during our growing season, from May until the last frost in October. We do not fulfill deliveries on statutory holidays. Our courier will leave your order at the recipient's front door if the weather permits. Should there be a concierge available, our courier will leave your order with them. In both occasions the courier will then inform the recipient by phone. Please ensure you provide current contact information for us to get in touch with the recipient.
Should an additional delivery attempt be required for a future date, a second delivery fee will apply. In this circumstance we will connect with the sender to coordinate follow up deliveries.
